Influenced by martial-arts and competitive sports, I one day checked my “To Do List” and that's when the path of yoga really began. Yoga is a beautiful journey that just gets better each day with each step that you take along the way.
Combining the various skills and techniques that I have learned has allowed me to embrace the mental, physical, and divine elements of yoga. I believe it is important to emphasize healthy alignment, the exploration of breath, fluency of movement, and continued mindfulness when working with students.
Play is important as you integrate awareness of body, mind and spirit. To ensure creativity and balance during our practices we explore a variety of yoga styles and techniques.
